This route can be done in the opposite direction. In this case, it is necessary to follow the road which overhangs the car park a hundred meters after the old station of departure of the gondola.
Itinerary
The route starts exactly in front of the former departure station of the Aminona gondola. Follow a forest road that climbs zigzag to reach a series of cottages. This forest road joins a paved road that must be followed for a hundred meters which ends in cul de sac and which is extended by a forest road. After a hundred meters, the road turns left and heads west towards Plumachit and eventually “Cave de Colombire” (East). After passing the “Cave de Colombire” the route joins a fork. Take the forest road that goes up towards the Bisse de Tsittoret and the Cabane de la Tièche. When you come to the bifurcation of the bisse, there are two options of routes, either along the bisse to the “Cave du Sex”, or continue towards the Cabane de la Tièche (for this last variant, allow one more hour for the return trip). From the “Cave du Sex”, follow the road downhill to the starting point.
